the base is intended for a thin priming layer, not for leveling.

Application technology: degrease the nail plate; applyNAILSOFTHEDAY DEHYDRATOR dehydrator; then NAILSOFTHEDAY ULTRABOND ; cover the SCOTCH BASE nail plate, while distributing it evenly over the entire nail. Polymerization: UV 120 seconds, LED 60 seconds.
