It should be noted that Pantone2024/3, Pantone2024/8 and Pantone2024/9 are covered only in 2 thin layers . They are not single-layered, like all our varnishes, so the drying of each layer takes a full 60 seconds (yellow and green should always be in 2 thin layers due to the conflict of pigment and ultraviolet light).
